Abaco Estate Services is a
company that was formed as a result of our own experiences during
and after hurricane Floyd.
As residents of the Treasure Cay area we had
found that before the hurricane there was a lot of uncertainty
from second home owners as to the physical preparedness and
security of their properties.
After the event, a substantial amount of time
and money has been spent to reinstate homes and properties back to
their original state. In some cases owners have used the
opportunity to enhance their existing properties.
Thus, as property owners ourselves, we have
come to appreciate the need for a company which offers
comprehensive property management services to home owners in the
Treasure Cay area.
We pride ourselves on being able to expertly
upkeep any kind of estate, large or small, long or short term,
using our wide range of experience and contacts.
